With over 14 years at Ritz-Carlton in the US and Germany, Dr. Hilscher has honed his ability to understand and meet the needs of both internal and external customers. His extensive background in hospitality, banking, Lifestyle Communities, and the Fast-Food Industry has equipped him with a unique perspective on customer service and operational excellence.
Dr. Hilscher holds a B.Sc. in Business – Human Resources Management and a Master of Science – Management and Leadership from Western Governors University (WGU). His dissertation, "The Evolution of Human Resources: From Personnel Department to HR to People Operations," earned him a Doctor of Business Administration from William Howard Taft University.
